● This machine is for removing the water-edge material from the plastic/nylon injection zipper with top stop and pin box (slant top stop or flat top stop), and then slider mounting and teeth combined with full-automatic process.
● This machine is using new four polarizing pins with new double polarizing knifes can make gapping, double polarizing and stripping which can clean the half teeth of top stop side and make the polarizing precisely.
● Solve the problem of traditional manual slider mounting of zipperss with slant top stop or flat top stop, which greatly improves the production efficiency of these zippers.
